    If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes or insoles, no problem! You can return them to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. Please note that international return costs are at your expense, as we do not have a return address in Europe.

    If you receive a defective pair, please contact us at the following email address: contact@orthopeca.com providing the product details and the nature of the defect. We will advise you on the procedure to follow for the return. The shipping costs for the return of the defective product will be covered by our company.

    Return conditions for defective products:

    1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the problem.
    2. Send us a clear photo or video of the defect to help us understand the situation.
    3. Once it is confirmed that the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new pair at our expense.

    Please remember that shoes must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and accessories attached.

    The refund will be made upon receipt of proof of shipment of the package. Allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for the money to be credited to your account after the refund. If you used Paypal to place your order, the refund will be immediate.
